Adjacent to the house, you have a beautiful terrace with views of nature. This place is ideal for a family vacation. In the heart of the Cévennes lies the picturesque village of Le Collet de Dèze. Whether you like sports, culture or nature, there is something for everyone in the area: lovely walks in the untouched nature, swimming in the nearby river, soaking up culture in Nîmes or Montpellier, various water activities on the lake. On the other side of the house, you have a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered. The private swimming pool offers cooling during the hot summer days. You also enjoy an outdoor shower and garden furniture.

Specifics
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• This is a 8-person accommodation. Due to the measures surrounding the coronavirus, it is not allowed to stay in this accommodation in a group. You can book this accommodation if you and your fellow travellers form a family and/or household or travel with a group up to max 1 household(s). If you do not form a family or household or your tour group exceeds the max. number of households, access to the accommodation can/will be denied.
