With its own private bar seating, comfortable, spacious and right in the centre of town, Cobden & Wills will be your home away from home: a place to explore all that the Alpine Valley has to offer where you can relax and unwind with your friends, family, pets and bikes.

Built in 1890, Cobden & Wills was originally a farmhouse with an orchard, right here in the centre of Bright. It retains much of its charm, balanced with modern, comfortable furniture. Think Victorian verandas, front and back, pressed metal ceiling and original timber flooring, paired with leather lounge suite, a luxurious chaise longue, and a solid timber kitchen table, reclaimed from a nearby disused brickworks.

The house features a sparkling new bathroom with European laundry, twin vanity and heated towel rail. The fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, filtered water on tap and microwave, is ready for you to whip up a quick meal or cook up a gourmet storm; with all the produce that our region has to offer the options are endless. Located at the rear of the property, the kitchen is perfectly positioned for you to use the al fresco dining areas.

The spacious living room easily seats eight, with all the creature comforts you will want: wood heater, wall mounted smart TV, air conditioning and stunning views of Bright and the hills beyond.

Outside the property is fully fenced and mostly lawn, with plenty of space for children and dogs to play and explore. There are quiet shady nooks to sit and relax, a huge barbecue, redgum table with seating for 10 and off-street parking for three to four cars.

The decking directly off the kitchen features your own private bar seating, where you can sit and have a coffee in the morning, see the sun go down over the town centre in the evening, and watch the world go by.

There is the perfect home for your bikes: Cobden & Wheels is lockable with ample space for up to 10 bikes. It has a work bench, bike repair kit and pump and a dehumidifier to help dry out bike and ski gear in the colder months.

The bedrooms all feature fans and heaters to ensure your comfort in any weather. They can be configured to suit the needs of any group.

Light and airy, the master bedroom overlooks the back garden and features a luxurious split king bed and a large ensuite bathroom.

To the front of the house, bedrooms two and three feature split king beds, with a wall mounted smart TV in bedroom two and a large built in wardrobe in bedroom three.

Bedroom four has a double bed and built in wardrobe.
