Situated at the edge of the quiet village of Billio, this is a 19th-century holiday home. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a pond. The holiday home is suitable for a family with children or a group of 6 persons. From here, you can go for walks and lovely bike rides through the fields, forests, and historic towns. You can get the supplies in the morning from the grocery store at 4 km. To get active, there is a tennis court at 4 km. You can enjoy a sumptuous meal at one of the restaurants at 4 km. At 20 km lies the beautiful recreational lake Etang au Duc near Ploërmel. Here you can go sailing, pedal boating, and surfing. You are comfortable indoors with electric heating. The well-tended furnished garden is the right place to relax after coming back from walks or excursions. There is a barbecue to end your day in style on the furnished roofed terrace. Children have ample space to play around. A cot and a high chair can be availed for free.
