The Space:
Step into this stunning villa armed with elegant pieces of furniture and wake up to a heavenly sunrise with lovely views of the natural landscape.

Everything about the villa screams warmth and coziness. From its white walls and parquet floors, to its state of the art kitchen. The living area will certainly help you to relax with its soft sectional couch and a cable TV. It won't even let you miss anything with its fast WiFi.

Dine with takeouts or home-cooked meals on the dining table that seats 4 comfortably. Right next to it is the spacious kitchen and complete with appliances (stove, oven, and cookware) for cooking and refreshing drinks. There's a tall chalkboard next to the sink, making it easier to list down the weeks' menu, grocery items to buy, dish ingredients to cook or any helpful reminders!

The villa’s own private backyard is complete with outdoor dining furniture plus more social space to unwind with your family or friends. The community pool is easily accessible from the backyard gate.

The bedrooms are furnished with 2 king beds and a single sized bed. All with ensuite bathrooms, hotel-quality linens and mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion with a welcome pack are given to the guests.

Guest Access:
Full access to community facilities - including basketball court, kid's play area, and community swimming pool.

Springs 12 is a sub-community in a master-planned gated community, The Springs. The parent district offers over 4,800 townhouses equipped with luxurious lifestyle amenities. The scenic lakes located at Street 9 and greenery are the highlights of the community, offering peace and tranquility to the residents.

The community boasts two pools, two children's play areas, two outdoor gyms, two basketball courts, and outdoor barbeque areas as well. You wouldn't run out of fun activities to do during your stay.
