What we love about Skyfall
With gorgeous art, unique architecture and a fantastic location right off of the Silverado Trail, Skyfall is the perfect Napa Valley getaway. The deep orange, yellows and reds encompassed throughout this home are also found outdoors in the fragrant lemon trees, warm sunsets and views of vineyards beyond. This property is the perfect month-long vacation rental for exploring the wine country and experiencing the Napa Valley Lifestyle and great for sharing with friends and family with a 2 bedroom main house and large open guest/artist studio building which sleeps 4.

Good to Know
Skyfall is accessed via a private road and the home is nestled in the hillside. As you enter the home on the upper gallery level, you will immediately be struck by the beauty of the dramatic staircase connecting the top gallery level and the lower great room. At opposite ends of the gallery level you will find 2 queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, tastefully decorated in a modern style with the artistic flare found throughout the home. Also on this gallery level is the comfortable media room offering plush couches, a flat screen cable TV and DVD player.

As you descend the staircase to the great room, you know why this home is called Skyfall. The dramatic views of the Mayacamas Mountains from the floor to ceiling windows create the perfect vista and offer amazing sunsets due to the carefully designed western facing layout. The circular floor plan, library-style bookshelves, imaginative and colorful paintings create an inviting environment to spend your days and evenings with friends and family. You will find more plush couches and a fireplace and a dining table under the soaring ceilings of this 2 story room. Towards the back of this level you will find the small but efficient kitchen that has an oval island with built-in 4 burner stove top and other high end appliances. Doors open on 3 sides of the great room to outdoor dining and seating areas, fruit trees and two gas grills just outside the kitchen.

Past the pool deck you will come to the Artist's Studio. This multi-purpose large loft-style room has sleeping for up to 4 people in one queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. As you walk into the space you can feel the many hours spent here by a devoted artist. Her hard work and dedication to her craft is shown in the (now polished) paint-splattered floor, creating a wonderful and intimate feel to the space. Floor to ceiling windows in this room create and indoor/outdoor feeling along with the warmth of colors in the artwork on the walls. A queen bed sits on the far left corner of the room with a breakfast table and 4 chairs along with an armoire on the right. Closer to the entrance of the room is a sitting area with comfortable couches and a TV and bunk bed. There is another room beyond the large studio room with a bathroom (toilet and shower) with a sink outside the bathroom door along with a small kitchenette (coffee maker, small cooktop and dishwasher) and a dressing area.
