The 300 m² villa is located on the Croix des Gardes hill in Cannes, some 900 meters from the Croisette, not far from the listed natural park. The location is ideal, you will find yourself in absolute tranquility, with the possibility of practicing sports and wandering in nature, with the historic center of Cannes close to the villa. The large 1100m² garden with a large terrace and the swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) will ensure pleasant moments of relaxation. There is also a barbecue and a parking area for several cars.
On the ground floor, you will find: a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a WC, a bathroom with WC, a new shower room without wc as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 and 140 cm).
Upstairs there are four bedrooms: a large bedroom with three single beds (with a balcony and a small roof terrace), a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), equipped with an independent shower , a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a 130 cm bed, a toilet and two bathrooms. In the basement there is a washing machine and a game room (table tennis and table football). On the roof there is a panoramic terrace with sea view.
