The Space
This house is one of four units with designated parking where two cars fit one behind the other in the driveway. This house has been completely renovated taking into consideration every detail to have the perfect home away from home.

Guest access
The guest can access the entire house, patio area and laundry.

Every unit is private, guests will share the laundry room with other guests. ring floodlight camera setup in front of the house recording 24/7.

1. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO RENT 23yrs+
2. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Be considerate of other neighbors, no loud music inside the units.
5. If home is left very dirty, extra $50 fee.
6. If you checkout late you will be charged extra $50 per half hour.
7. Ring floodlight camera on the front of the house recording 24/7.
8. Please don’t throw wipes in the toilet, the easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. We simply wan to ensure your stay is problem free.
9. No unregistered guests allowed.
10. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
12. Don't leave personal items outside of your unit, remember you are sharing outdoor spaces with other guests, we are not responsible for broken or stolen items.
13. Please respect outdoor noise after 10pm sun-thurs and after 11:30pm on weekends.
14. Please double check the house for any personal belongings as i will not send them via mail.
15. No smoking allowed inside the unit, includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.
16. Please don't send anything to the unit. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
17. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night and i reserve the right to terminate your stay.
18. Compliance: Failure to follow any of these House Rules is a breach of terms and conditions of your reservation. If anything in our house rules is unclear, please contact me. Please note that we reserve the right to evict any guest who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
