Luxury group accommodation in Beaumont-du-Périgord, Dordogne, France with private pool for 20 persons. The holiday villa is situated in a hilly, rural and wooded area.


The villa has 11 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, divided between the main accommodation and 5 separate units.


Beaumont du Périgord is one of the characteristic medieval bastide towns of this beautiful region, with its charming appearance, squares, excellent restaurants and authentic shops. Regularly, village feasts and fun festivals are organised. The famous and larger Bergerac is only 30 km away. In the field of sports, there is also much to experience; horse riding, golfing or canoeing on the river are examples of this.


This former mill with accompanying guest accommodation is situated on the road between Bergerac and Beaumont du Périgord. A prominent blue gate welcomes you to the very beautiful and well maintained grounds. The grounds consist of many long parts of lawn, where children can play for hours. Various trees and flowery bushes surround the terrain, creating a pleasant private feeling. Between the trees there is also a view of a beautiful castle. A small water, La Couze, gently laps one side of the grounds.


The spacious swimming pool is secured with infrared sensors. The pool house has a kitchen and a dining table with blue wooden chairs. Furthermore, there is a shower and toilet and on the floor the two extra bedrooms. A little further a large covered terrace with table tennis table and a foot golf area.


The main building has 3 bedrooms and a sauna. The guesthouses are all accessible from the outside. The guest bedroom is on the ground floor and is also accessible for the disabled.
