"Once Upon a Tide" is all the beach villa you’ll ever need! Just bring your bathing suits and beach towels, we provide beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, an umbrella, a rolling cooler and a beach cart to load it in.

Located just one and a half blocks from South Forest Beach, you will be a quick walk or bike ride away from the sand and mere steps away from a beautiful pool and tennis courts. Our villa is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza, a shopping dining, and entertainment mecca, and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines Rent bikes and cruise the beaches and stop at Coligny Plaza for a nice lunch or refreshing ice cream.

Your vacation “home away from home” is a luxuriously furnished, two bedroom/two bath end-unit villa that offers a lot of natural light and a comfortable living/dining area that leads out to a large screened patio overlooking one of three pools. Cheery coastal furnishings, artwork and just the right amount of decorative accessories give that beachy, yet homey feel.

The screened porch off of the den has upscale outdoor furnishings overlooking the nearby pool and the surrounding lush greenery while the sounds of a tranquil fountain from the nearby lagoon dance through the air. This screened patio is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail to unwind with after a busy day of island exploring. No pesky mosquitoes in the summer either!

The master bedroom has a comfortable Serta Perfect Sleeper King-size bed to ensure a good night’s sleep, a flat-screen Smart TV with cable TV, two nightstands, ample lighting, a remote controlled ceiling fan, a large closet for hanging items and two dressers for folded clothing. The coastal chic en-suite bathroom has a newly designed tiled shower with a multi-setting rain shower head.

The second bedroom features two cushy Serta Perfect Sleeper full-size beds, a large closet for hanging items and a dresser for folded clothing. A brand-new pack n play is also provided for families with little ones. The second private bathroom decorated with coastal décor has a tub/shower combination with new modern tile designs and a multi-setting rain shower head.

Our unit has a keyless entry, a convenient option for self-check-in and not having to worry about carrying keys during your stay. Premier luxury bed linens and bath towels are supplied as well as the following starter items - dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, facial/body soap, shampoo and body lotion.
