Lucerne Chalet is one of our more spacious downtown Asheville chalets. It has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and is conveniently located just FIVE minutes to eclectic downtown Asheville, the South Slope, the River Arts District, the Blue Ridge Parkway, New Belgium Brewery, the Biltmore Estate, and much more.
Nestled in the treetops, you can gaze at the mountains from the gated porch and stroll through the quiet neighborhood with your dog. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room.
You should also note that this property is managed by a seasoned vacation rental team with 20+ years of Five-Star reviews and experience within this area. We provide support and plenty of information before your arrival. We are available during your stay to help out if needed because you are not just booking a home to stay in but a southern mountain hospitality experience.
NOTES:
This property is 1.3 miles from the heart of downtown but we would recommend transportation since it's not walker-friendly.
No grill at the house.
ALL mountain roads can be steep and dark at times. They may be daunting to an inexperienced mountain driver. The Lucerne Chalet is located in a quiet mountain subdivision on a circular one-lane road. Although it's a short road with street lights, it is tight, steep, and curvy. Please try to plan your arrival during the daytime if you are intimidated by mountain roads.
DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals other than dogs due to allergies. A dog fee will apply plus all applicable taxes. The fee is per dog plus taxes, per night. Maximum of ONE dog (50lbs and under) with prior approval. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND COMPLETELY CONTROLLED BY THEIR OWNER.
