Winter is for skiing with Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback just a short drive away. Spring is for relaxing lakeside views, tranquil wildlife watching, and seeing the forest bloom. Summer is when the lake comes alive with all the clubhouse amenities and activities.

On the first floor there are new hardwood floors throughout. A large living room opens onto the kitchen and dining room area. An inviting wrap around deck is accessed through sliding glass doors. Two cozy bedrooms on the first floor designed to give flexibility for families with children or couples. Upstairs, the loft is dedicated to a massive main bedroom suite with private bath and king-sized bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Two flat screen TVs with access to NetFlix and other streaming apps. Free and fast WiFi throughout property.
Nestled in the quiet residential Towamensing Trails community, the neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. Our property has a lake view and we are about a mile from the community clubhouse and the amenities there: beach, pool, playground, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and boat/kayak rentals. *Access to Community amenities requires wristbands which we will provide with adequate notice. Details will be provided after booking*
Getting from place to place within the community is walkable, but bikes are a fast option. You can always drive and park in the lot at the beach and pool area as well. There is plenty of driveway parking at the house.
