Description

Cozy family-friendly cottage right on the beach of Kimball Lake Shores, 20 mins from North Conway. Light a fire and listen to the loons after days of skiing, swimming, fishing, hiking... the area has it all, even ice fishing and snowmobile trails. The home comfortably accommodates 2 families and is stocked with puzzles, games, movies, books, and blankets. We've got toys and a pack 'n' play for napping little ones and cocktail mixers for the parents.

The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and a kids' room with a double-over-double bunkbed plus another double bed. The main living space consists of a full kitchen open to the primary living room with a wood-burning stove and an adjoining 4-season sun room with skylights and windows overlooking the lake. There are 2 bathrooms, one 3/4 bath with a washer and dryer, and a half-bath off the kids' room
