Lovely, beautifully furnished 1 bedroom / 1 bath cottage. Perfect honeymoon or romantic getaway spot. On a Crystal clear waterway that is part of the Halls River that runs thru a bird sanctuary and several lakes on its way to the Homosassa River then to the Gulf of Mexico. Good fishing in crystal clear water right off your patio. Bass, Bluegill, Mullet, Porgy, Sheepshead & stingrays are some of many different varieties that frequent the area. The cottage is in a Great area for sight seeing as manatee, porpoise, otters, turtles, stingrays frequent right off your dock. Several great blue heron, ibis, many bard owls and wood storks also frequent your back yard. There are also a great variety of birds in the area as the Halls river runs thru a bird sanctuary. Your only a few minutes to 3 different rivers that lead to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a dock for a small boat also room to park your boat and trailer. The cottage Is complete with life vests a 4 person paddle boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe. Beautiful fenced yard with a double gate entrance. The property is fenced on 2 sides and has water on the other 2 sides. Sleeping room for 2 adults/Queen Bed and 2 children on large sectional.
