This west-facing views of the rolling green on the 6th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament course provide panoramic mountain and sunset views. One bedroom is a detached Casita with its own entrance from the front courtyard. This relaxing home also features a private heated salt water pebble tec pool, spa. 1,200 game stand up arcade machine and Golden Tee!

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter.

Pool heaters efficiently heat the spa or pool, it's advised to heat the spa to desired then heat the pool, one can then generally set for spa to overflow into pool to help keep temperature. If you are not sure what you are doing, don't just hit buttons, please message us.

Use of the awning is not guaranteed, there's an overhang that provides shade, high winds in the desert can prevent use of the awning and awnings are susceptible to winds and damage and therefore use cannot be guaranteed.

1) PGA West rules, please keep the garage doors shut unless directly moving vehicles in or out.

2) There is a limit of 4 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. Do not park in front of mail boxes or fire hydrants. No trailers, no oversized vans ie Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed.
If you have more than 3 cars you need to park at least 1 in the garage overnight, up to 2 cars can fit in the garage.

3) The golf course is private property, not common area, the HOA views people that have not checked in at the club house to golf as trespassers.

4) Our permit only allows for the number of guests we market the property for and your reservation only allows for the number of guests on your reservation. You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

5) We pay for trash service to pick the trash up at the side of the home, please do not take it to the street. If you do you will be subject to fines from the HOA.

6) Noise, Absolutely NO outside music allowed. No inside music that can be heard outside. Please move inside after 10 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors or only talk in quiet voices - City of La Quinta Executive order 9. Noise from inside the home can also not be heard by the neighbors before 1 pm or after 10 pm or it will also be subject to a fine. Between 1 pm and 10 pm, general noise needs to remain at a reasonable level that doesn't disturb the neighbors.

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.

8 adults MAX, no noise outside after 10pm. The minimum age for responsible renter is 26. 3 cars MAX.
