The Space:
This beautiful mountain side property offers a luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 sofabed and 1 bathroom luxury suite. Magnificent location on one of the most beautiful properties around Chapala (Ajijic), here you can relax and enjoy the days by the pool or explore local sites - just 4 minutes away from Plaza Centro Laguna.

Pool is solar heated and shared with other guests on the estate. Amenities include strong optic fiber wifi, a butler, cook and chauffeur is available on request. Laundry room is a shared area for all guests.

There is an outdoor bbq area which is shared among other guests.

Guest Access:
Guest will access the property with a key. Instructions will be provided how to obtain the key. There is maintenance staff on site.

The Neighborhood:
Located near the central part of Ajijic village and is just a quick walk 7min-10min to many of the restaurants, shops and services. You are an 8 min walk away from the Ajijic Plaza. One of Ajijic premier mountain estates with breath taking views of the lake! This former luxury residence now provides accommodations for your special getaway or event. Enjoy the perfect backdrop for a luxurious experience.

Getting Around:
Tour the city by foot or by car. There are a number of car rental places and bike rentals. There is taxi service available as well.

Other Things to Note:
There are some super friendly, well trained dogs on site. We have three gardeners from Monday to Saturday that maintain the estate and feed the dogs.

Pool is covered at 5 PM, if pool is used after, guest is responsible for uncovering the pool and covering the pool after used
There are dangerous plants on facilities so adults are responsible for kids
Pool is shared but mostly no one is using it

Please take note that tap water in the property is not drinkable. You can only use that to clean, brush teeth, and bathe.
