Lenrose Cottage

LenRose Cottage is a lovely, three-bedroom, waterfront property overlooking Brackley Bay in Brackley Beach PEI. The cottage is conveniently located a kilometre from the National Park Beaches that PEI is famous for, and yet is only 15 minutes to Charlottetown and Cavendish. The cottage is located on a large, private lot with magnificent views of the water and dunes. Kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding can all be done right from the cottage which is only steps from the water.
Our cottage is licensed, rated and inspected by the government of PEI Tourism Department and is listed on the government site. Our maximum occupancy is 5 people including children and infants.
We do not accept any online bookings until we speak with you directly first please. This is because we may be in correspondence with another group at the same time as your booking comes in. Please contact us before you request a booking, and please provide me with the ages of "each" member of your party please. In July/August, we usually do weekly rentals, however contact us if it is less than a week, we may be able to accommodate your request. A cleaning fee is added for less than a week rental. In the off season we have flexibility for nightly rentals...please ask for off season rates. Our cancellation policy is as follows: if you have to cancel then all monies will be refunded in full as long as we are able to rebook your nights. Unfortunately our property is not suitable for parties, weddings etc because we want to be respectful to our neighbours . Len and I are retired teachers and live on PEI, so we are easily accessible to accommodate all your needs.
