Unit has remodeled kitchen, updated baths, washer/dryer, patio, comfortable furnishings, covered lanai, high-speed wifi, and cable tv also included. All on one level, no steps!
Up to 2 small pets with a maximum combined weight of 30 lbs will be allowed pending application approval and vet records. All renters at the Coralstone Community must subit an application with $100 application fee to the HOA at least two weeks before check-in.
