The beautifully presented garden cottage is hidden away on a large green lot in White Gum Valley. This clean home comes fully furnished and equipped with a top quality queen size bed and high-quality linen offering you the best sleeping comfort and adequate rest.

The cottage is well insulated and offering climate control through reverse cycle air conditioning and cross ventilation.

The clean bathroom comes with a big shower, natural light and all the toiletries you might need during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchenette comes with great natural light,fridge, washing machine and separate access to the private outdoor setting underneath the large orange tree.

The north facing patio is overlooking the organic veggie gardens and a great place to relax in any season.

The property has now an expensive water filter for all of the water usages. Drinking, cooking and water to shower is completely filtered from fluoride, chlorine and all other nasties.
We also have solar panels on the roof which makes us an eco-sustainable property.

Because of the 2 golf courses in our neighborhood and due to the fact we are very 'green' we also have a lot of birdlife. Perfect for waking up with bird songs.

There is a car park in the driveway, access to public transport is just around the corner, and shops and Cafes are very close by.
