Looking out from the front of the property on the roof deck, views span across Summer Harbor towards Cadillac Mountain and Mount Champlain. Jordan Island is situated at the head of the Harbor where you can spot lobster boats in the mornings!

‘Summer Harbor Cottage’ is situated on the water, with a sloping white sand beach and deep water for visiting boats. The private beach provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of water sports, including paddle boarding and kayaking. It's also an ideal and safe space for children to play and explore!

Throughout the summer months in Winter Harbor, check out local art exhibits, concerts, and performances at the Schoodic Arts for All center. Shop in town at art galleries and boutiques for Maine-made items to take home as souvenirs from your stay!

Take a drive along the scenic Schoodic Peninsula, which holds a portion of Acadia National Park for spectacular views of Mount Desert and Cadillac Mountain.

For a moderate hike, try the Ship Harbor Trail, which leads from beautiful evergreen forests to a rocky ocean shoreline.
