Head to Shaver Lake and stay in this charming, three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath cabin for six for a tranquil getaway with your own private snow park just outside! The family dog is also welcome (for a small nightly fee), so pack up the kids and get ready for your unforgettable mountain retreat!

You'll be nestled in the pines at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Sierra Cedars Subdivision. With sled runs right outside your door, you won't have to go far for smile-inducing fun. When you want to venture out and do some downhill skiing or boarding, China Peak Mountain Resort is 21 miles northeast of you. The area is also a prime spot for summer activities as well, including hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, and more.

At the end of your exhilarating day in the great outdoors, get comfortable inside and gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the living area for a movie marathon. The large, flatscreen cable TV comes with a DVD player, and there's also free WiFi for more entertainment options, as well as another TV in the upstairs bedroom, which plays DVDs only.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook up a feast, which you can enjoy in the dining area that opens to the living room or outside on the deck, surrounded by absolute serenity. There's also a gas grill for summer cookouts, and a private washer/dryer and extra fridge, to make your life easier.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Blue Meadow does not have a driveway. Guests can park directly in front of the walkway that leads up to the front door. This is the only home that can park only 2 cars on the streets in the winter due to the snow removal equipment. Do not park in front of any driveways of other owners. No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways. Boat & Trailer Parking is only allowed in West Village & East Village. We recommend that all guests utilize Sierra Marina for a wet slip and/or trailer parking. DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY. THERE IS A 2 CAR LIMIT AND THAT IS ALL. NO MORE PARKING WHERE YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
