Many rent this type property for $500 per night in this area (and up to $800/night for 3 bedrooms). The private pool is to die for! We rent by the week, at $1,750 per week. Just recouping our mortgage costs til we or our family can use it!
4 adults and 2 kids (on couches) under age of 12 only or management will ask to leave!
They're very strict also about quiet hours after 10 and no parties/groups of guests.
