This is a classic 1940's Island Cottage Home in a perfect location near the Village!
This 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom home has beautiful hardwoods throughout. Sol Mate cottage is located within walking distance to Mallory Park and the Village/Pier Area which boasts wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, pickle ball, and a designated dog park along the way. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer.
All the neighbors are wonderful people and we take care to ensure that our guests feel at home and respect the folks that live here permanently. Loud noise or large parties are not appropriate for this area.
Two pets are allowed with a $150 per pet non-refundable fee.
