Description

This is a peaceful 2 bed/2 bath villa with additional fully screened, temperature-controlled sunroom overlooking the beautiful Lake Alden. The house is located in a gorgeous, lush green community, former grounds of a Golf Course, surrounded by a rich fauna and unique wildlife. The property is equipped with everything you may need for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
The space
When you enter the spacious living room with high ceilings, you will be greeted by the breathtaking view of the nearby Lake Alden. There is a large leather sofa, 65" Smart TV, brand new, beautiful YAMAHA baby grand piano and assorted collection of books, board games and jigsaw puzzles for your entertainment.

In the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, you will find everything from your morning coffee/tea to oils and spices for your cooking needs.

The Master Bedroom Suit has a sliding door separating the space from the living room, giving you extra privacy and sound isolation. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large closet and a large dresser with plenty of drawers. There is also a 55" Smart TV. Across the bedroom is the master bathroom where you will find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. The Master Bedroom and the Master Bathroom are separated by a Laundry Room with a washer and dryer.

The Second Bedroom/Office/Music Room has its own full bathroom attached with a standing shower. The window is facing directly the lake. In the room, there is a pull-out sofa, digital YAMAHA piano and a music/reading corner where on a comfortable wing chair with an ottoman you can dive into your reading or office work.

The temperature controlled Sunroom has an extendable dining table where you and your family or friends can enjoy a meal together. There is also a beautiful and comfy egg chair with an ottoman where you can read a book, have your morning coffee or enjoy the spectacular view of the lake.

The back Patio has a table with an umbrella and two chairs, and also a BBQ grill. The entire house is surrounded by the well-maintained green gardens of the community.
Guest access
The house is located directly across parking LOT C, down the hill. You will receive the code to get inside the property on the day of your check-in.
Other things to note
This is a beautiful green park-like community. There are 3 large parking lots close to the house where parking is free and available.

- Parking permit sticker required (provided in unit) for parking at the parking lots of the community.

- Only one car per villa is allowed to park at A, B or C Parking Lots.

- Any additional vehicle(s) must be parked at the Errol Overflow Parking Lot (directions will be clearly provided in the manual).

This unit requires a $250 refundable deposit which will be refunded to you upon return of the sticker within 24 hours after your check-out.
