LOCATION SPECIFICS
Villa G is part of a classic Florida resort -- Royal Flamingo Villas -- consisting of 40 individually owned villas. It's location within the resort is adjacent the pool, and just a few dozen steps to the resort's 300 foot private beach with stairway access to ocean shoreline. BASICS
Villa G contains 2 bedrooms each w/ a sizable closet and a private bathroom; galley kitchen, beverage bar and eating nook; gathering room including a breakfast bar; and an attached covered porch with a direct view of the private beach and ocean.
The villa was constructed about 1950. It's 6+” solid-mortar walls provide superior sound insulation both within the villa and to outside sounds of adjacent pool and nearby ocean. Villa furnishings are high-quality wicker-/rattan-framed with comfortable decorative cushions. Furnishings are accompanied by decorative lamps accented by a relaxing, fun array of beach house themed wall art.
A fully equipped kitchen is meant to be used. Dimmable lighting, appliances, accessories, dishes and glassware provide variety and quality consistent with what guests would use entertaining in their own home.
Villa is fully air-conditioned (or heated), but also offers 4 interior ceiling fans for guests who prefer the fresh air scents and sounds of the ocean.
The bedding is comparable in comfort and quality expected of 4&5-star hotels. A pull-out-couch bed enables a 5th and 6th overnight guests; and/or a cot can be rented for an additional nightly fee.
Monday-Saturday daily housekeeping service is provided to refresh bed linens and towels, to clean floors and bathrooms, and to remove garbage. That said, guests are expected to wash their own dishes. Coin laundry facilities are available on the both the west and east-side of the resort property.

PORCH
An often underestimated feature of this villa is its attached covered porch, which includes a direct view of the ocean (see pics). The porch is outfitted with a table & chairs, 2 lounges, and a side-table; though guests often move the lounges and side-table to the grass area in front of the porch for an additional sunbathing option.

BEYOND BASCIS
Villa G is equipped with a 60" HD TV and DVD player. An HD TV also is provided in each bedroom. Content is deliver to TVs via HD Comcast cable service.

STAYING CONNECTED
A dedicated parking space is provided about 40 yards via sidewalk to/from the villa's backdoor. Add'l parking passes for a 2nd auto or invited guests can be requested upon finalizing reservation with office staff.
Hi-speed wireless internet is provided at no additional charge so guests can remain connected to the outside world. That said…
