Description
THE CABIN IS OPEN FROM MAY 14th. THRU SEPTEMBER. The cottage is close to LackenenLand Scupture Park(free), Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Seney Wild Life Refuge. This makes for great day trips. Public boat launch and private dock for fishing. Bedroom has one single and one double bed. There is a firepit near the cabin. I try to provide firewood, no guarantees.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION: Weather & Bugs- you can't ignore either. Black flies & mosqitoes can be aggravating from mid-May to mid-July. Sudden weather changes do happen up here. Rain gear, long pants, and long sleave shirts. Bring insect repellent
Please, don't use spraycans inside cabin. I've been living with these bugs for 30 yrs,
rub ons are most efficient. It's the skin that needs covering, not the clothes.
If you prepare and protect you"ll have a great time. Regardless of where you stay.
