Whether it's the sunrise or the sunset you want to see - a stay at our Villa will give you both! Overlooking Fajardo and Las Croabas, the views of the island are beautiful and the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking. **New photography coming soon!

Enjoy one of the 7 Large Suites for your stay.

The indoor/outdoor living is hard to beat. The large main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy meals in.

Each Suite is quite private - there are also several different living areas - which creates a great opportunity for guests to be able to spread out, enjoy time together but also separately. The pool takes as much advantage of the sun as possible.

WIFI is included. Washer/Dryer is available. There is not a dishwasher on property.

The main level has a King Owner's Suite with an en suite bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen area.

Take the stairs down to the next level, which offers one large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom and two larger bedrooms with King Beds with a shared full bathroom. There is also a separate relaxation area on the 2nd floor and a kitchenette. One floor further down offers 3 additional bedroom suites; 2 with Queen size beds and a shared bathroom and 1 with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. There is another living area on this level also. Please be sure to use the hand railings when using the stairs!!

There are ten flat screen televisions throughout - each Bedroom Suite has one as well as one in each of the 3 living areas.

Linens are provided. Stainless Steel appliances including toaster, gas stove. Coffee Maker, Blender, Waffle Maker, cooking utensils and dishware service for 16.

Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.

Due to the time it takes to properly care & maintain the villas in between guests - and that we use an outside cleaning service and have to go by their schedule - we are not able to offer early arrivals or late departures. We are able to make several suggestions of things for you to do in route to the villa - or on your way back to the airport! Many things to see & do! We thank you for your cooperation.

We have a new management team and local team in Fajardo to assist you during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you & helping to create a beautiful backdrop for wonderful memories!

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises.
