Description
Private “cottage like” room located off of our house in a quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to the Everglades. 12 miles from Ft Lauderdale Beach and just 3 miles from the largest single story mall in the United States. ( Sawgrass Mills Outlet) We are 11 miles from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and 26 miles from Miami Beach.
King size bed plus a fold out twin size bed.
Private guest cottage attached to our home adjacent to our pool and fishing dock.
Self-check in. Use of our Sun Dolphin Pedal Boat and fishing gear!
We live on the property and are available most of the time to answer any questions. We do not smoke in our home so we are frequently in the pool area or fishing off of our dock.
*PLEASE NOTE
Room is sanitized using an ultraviolet lamp as well as traditional sanitation methods and linens are thoroughly washed on the “sanitary cycle “ between guests.
Sheets and towels are laundered w/o harmful detergents using high powered magnets and the sanitary cycle. Only essentials oils in the dryer for a fresh scent.
***We have a very friendly dog named Ranger and 3 cats. We have a fenced backyard and a pet door so our animals come in and out as they please. PLEASE keep fence gate closed at all times!
