Description

Here is a pretty charming holiday home nestled in the greenery just 6km from one of the most popular places in Provence: Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a small town love at the doors of the Luberon. Located in the Thor, this villa of the 30s nestles in a lovely garden and fenced, without vis-à-vis, and if it has perfectly adapted its equipment to the modern, it still retains all the authenticity and the elegance of its time, with its beautiful floors of cement tiles, wrought iron elements, barbecue in dry stone. Enclosed with a beautiful terrace, a bench and a table in the garden to welcome your meals grilled scented with herbs of Provence in the evening, it is located between Avignon (25km), Carpentras (18km) and Apt (39km), three of the main cities of Vaucluse each with many attractions. But thanks to this beautiful vacation rental, you can also shine through the Regional Natural Park of Luberon, with its postcard landscapes, colorful, preserved, hiding a string of villages classified for their beauty, such as Gordes, Lacoste, Bonnieux or Ménerbes. Climb to Sault by the Gorges de la Nesque, take the tourist route of the Côtes du Rhône, go enjoy the spectacular attractions of the Wave Island water park and Spirou de Monteux Park 13 kms, decide for a hike or mountain bike from the house to the promenade of the Sorgue, under the weeping willows or field elms, or 300m, through the narrow streets of the ancient center of Thor, from the old monastery on the hill of Thouzon to his imposing listed Romanesque church, along its ramparts of the twelfth century, and where you will see gargoyles and old monsters. Continue to the foot of the Monts de Vaucluse 18 kms, Lake Mormoiron (with accrobranche course) to 27 kms. Do not miss the famous sites of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse or Colorado de Rustrel.
