This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom villa comfortably sleeps 5 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a second bedroom has 3 full size beds. The well equipped kitchen looks out on to the living room which has a flat screen TV for the occasional rainy day and morning weather check. There is a VHF radio to listen to the boating goings ons and also to chat with the taxis if needed. The front patio has a brick barbeque grill and a big dining table for wonderful dinners under the stars! This property is within easy walking distance of the beach, the grocery store, the ATM, the liquor store, the marina, the laundry, and the fabulous Tipsy Seagull and Coco Bars. Central to everything and lacking in nothing! Some of the best fishing in the world can be enjoyed either ocean side on the deep seas where mahi mahi, wahoo, and grouper beckon, or marsh side in the marls where prize fighting bonefish reside in the endless shallows accessible by jon boat. If golf or tennis is more your speed, a fantastic golf course is within golf cart range and clay and hard tennis courts are available. Evening entertainment can be had at the Tipsy Seagull bar during Pizza Night, often with fabulous live singing by local bands. Truly a wonderful home away from home for a family or small group of friends.
