This 4-level villa with elevator is a haven of tranquility on an almost untouched coastal section on the southeastern coast of Cyprus, between Ayia Napa and the protected nature park of Cape Greco. Enter the villa and you will be greeted by bright and sunny interiors with sliding door access to the pool area with its vast sunbathing deck, furnished terrace and BBQ corner. The magnetic infinity pool with Roman steps and waterfall glitters in the sun.
It’s easy to imagine that a group of friends or a multigenerational family could spend a summer holiday here, on the property and on its almost private cove, and never want to leave…

For maximum privacy, the five en-suite double bedrooms of this 4-level villa with elevator are separated by the ground floor level. On the lower level, which offers direct access to the terrace and garden, residents can enjoy a home within a home: two bedrooms, complete kitchen, living and dining area. You’ll also find full laundry facilities, a guest toilet and even a home cinema, complete with leather recliners for movie nights, any night. The main retreat area with fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining is on the ground floor, which is dedicated to three en-suite double bedrooms on the first floor, while the roof terrace is nothing short of an elevated outdoor relaxation and entertainment area in the sun or under the stars, with Jacuzzi, shower, BBQ, lounge area and bar.

Rates include up to 10 persons - Maximum occupancy is 14.
Additional guests can be added on request only and at an extra charge per person:
1 April - 31 October: 60 €/night
1 November - 31 March: 40 €/night

Additional:
Electricity Allowance Policy: Electricity Allowance calculation is # bedrooms * 20kwh * # of nights. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28 €/kwh.
Calculation is for the whole duration of stay.

Check In/Out Policy: Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Further use of the villa up to 18:00 hours is charged at 50% of the applicable night rate. Use of the villa after 20:00 hours is charged as a full day.

A refundable breakage deposit of 1800 € is required prior to check in, either in cash or by credit card hold.
