Description

This beautiful fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom villa is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and cafes and is an excellent choice to holiday with your family and friends. After soaking in the wonderful sights Exmouth has to offer, enjoy a refreshing dip in the Osprey Village pool. Prepare your own meals or experience the delectable cuisine the numerous local eateries offer. Do as much or as little as you desire this villa is set up with everything you need for a self-contained holiday.

The open plan living and dining area includes a dining suite, a lounge and two chairs and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, slow cooker,  toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Keep your drinks cool in a separate bar fridge and there is also a chest freezer to store your fishing catch.

On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms with Queen size beds, the family bathroom and the laundry. In the upstairs loft is a bedroom with a Queen and two Single beds. All bedrooms have built-in robes.

This villa also has a portacot and a high chair available for guests use.

Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside while dining alfresco in the spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area, which includes a built-in barbeque.

There is ample parking outside the villa for two cars or a car and a boat up to 7m. The external bathroom including a shower and toilet is perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach.

Linen and towels are provided, except for beach towels. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Noise restrictions apply between 10 pm and 8 am. Please do not park underneath the alfresco area canopy.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. On arrival the keys are found in a lock box adjacent to the front door. You will be contacted via sms just prior to arrival with the lock box key code. Arrivals are after 1400 hours and check-out before 1000 hours. Early check-in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries as the location is ideal for a leisurely stroll. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. Most tour companies will pick you up from the front of the complex. The taxi service caters for general transport needs however to visit the scenic Cape Range and the many beautiful beaches, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre or visit their website prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
