This is currently a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, river front property. By early 2022 an additional bedroom and full bathroom will be added to accommodate a total of 8 guests. This is why you will see increased rates going forward.
The Eau Claire River leads into beautiful Lake Altoona. The property and setting are perfect for spending a summer week or weekend getaway with family & friends. The waterfront along the property offers a sandy beach. This area is shallow and great for swimming. It is perfect for small fishing boats or a kayak/canoe. Larger boats can be challenging to navigate without having experience with this body of water. Less than 10 minutes from Eau Claire. Owner is close by if needed.
Eau Claire and Chippewa counties offer many outdoor & indoor attractions & activities along with a variety of restaurants and local establishments. You can take a kayak trip down from Big Falls Park ending at the property or visit the local wineries and breweries including a tour of the Leinenkugel’s brewery and Lodge!
