For that much deserved getaway or for that quick weekender this place is sure to please. Just park your car and put away your keys as everything is at your door step. Situated directly opposite one of the safest beaches on the Mornington Peninsula, walking distance to all the local cafe's, excellent restaurants and the Rye Hotel. It is also close to Rye pier, public parks and play grounds. The local supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away.
Other attractions include: Arthur's Seat Lookout, Moonah Links and Cape Schanck Golf courses, Peninsula Hot springs, Sorrento-Queenscliff Ferry service just to name a few are only a few minutes drive away.

Booking Conditions

A Security deposit ( Amount subject to change depending on season and length of stay) will be held by Stayz on file with credit card details to cover any loss or damage to the property.

Unfortunately due to past experience with schoolies causing damage and abuse with neighbours we have made the decision not to let the property out over the schoolies period.

Please note: That if problems arise with occupants ie excessive noise, disturbance with neighbors, over occupying the property in excess of agreed numbers will forfeit ALL monies paid with no Exceptions.
Please note that we do NOT charge a cleaning fee, but, any additional cleaning that is considered excessive will be charged and deducted from the bond accordingly.
