This cute cottage is a stand-alone house that is perfect for a family or small group.

Bedroom one has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. A fully stocked kitchen, reliable WiFi, and Uverse TV/Netflix, you will have everything you need for a cozy night in or as a home base for remote working and spending time outdoors.

Located in the center of Mission Beach you will have everything you need within walking distance. Steps to the both the bay and ocean beaches. Just a few blocks away from amazing cafes and coffee shops. 1/2 mile to Garnet Ave; which makes up the heart of Pacific Beach, where you can find great shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Trader Joe's, Vons, a 24-hour fitness, many yoga studios, and much more...

The door is coded to the last 4 digits of your phone number. This code is activated on the day of your arrival.

There is not a parking space with the cottage. A detailed map of surrounding parking areas is provided in the information booklet. Parking can be difficult, this can also be a benefit by keeping out the crowds ... More beach for you!

A car is helpful if you want to get to the farther attractions in San Diego such as LegoLand and the Safari Park or if you have a child that needs a car seat.

Otherwise, the best way to get around is to use Uber/Lyft/Bird Scooters/and Lime Bikes... Combining these services is fun and affordable!

There are bus stops close by that you can take to Downtown and La Jolla.

***Please note*** We have a zero tolerance for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No guests are allowed at the property without prior approval. All guests must leave the property during quiet hours. (Guests = people not on the reservation.)

Absolutely No Smoking on Property!!!

A Crib can be delivered for a $25 fee.
A Crib and high chair can be delivered for a $35 fee.

Air Conditioning is located in the main living area. With the use of fans, it keeps the cottage cool most of the year.
