COVID-19 Conditions:

- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.

- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.



So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.



- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

Accommodation description:
This spacious and homely, detached villa is in a unique location 1.5 km from the medieval, picturesque village of Montauroux.

You enter the private domain through an electronically controlled gate with video and there is ample parking for several cars. The villa is situated on a plot of 3400m2 amidst olive groves and fruit trees and a jeu-de-boule court. The villa consists of 2 floors and a lower terrace in front of the private pool with pool house. The swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) has a curved beach entrance and overflow edge. Around your own private swimming pool you can enjoy one of the comfortable sun loungers waiting for you, enjoying the magnificent view. The summer kitchen, located by the pool, has a fridge, microwave, double gas hob, pizza oven, toilet and shower. There is a large dining table with parasols for poolside dining.

A broadly lit staircase leads you from the swimming pool to the ground floor of the villa, where you will find the large living room with sliding doors, a well-equipped kitchen with an American fridge and deep fryer, 2 bedrooms (air-conditioned) each with their own bathroom. On the same level you will find a scullery, a corridor, the garage (for 1 car) and toilet. Just outside the living room there is a second outdoor dining area with granite table and chairs.

On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom gives access to the roof terrace with beautiful views and the other bedroom has its own private terrace.

The Provencal village of Montauroux is 1.5 km away. Take a seat on one of the benches on the village square and enjoy the view of Lake St. Cassien. Go to Cannes (25 km) and stroll along the famous boulevard La Croisette with its tall palm trees on one side and beautiful white sandy beaches on the other. A day to Fréjus (30 km)? Here too you will find many jet-sets and restaurants. Or take the boat in Saint-Raphaël to sail over the Méditerrannée to Saint-Tropez. Inland, you will discover the unadulterated charm of Provence: lavender fields and villages with houses with those typical Roman tiles.Floorplan:
