Come to The Villages and stay in popular Polo Ridge! This is 2 bed room Villa on Stirrup Cup Golf Course golf course with sunset views. Golf cart included (see note below). Each bed room has a private bathroom attached. 3 TVs (each bed room and living room) with deluxe cable package and high speed 5G wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room and office area. Spacious floor plan. Gas grill for outdoor cooking. Bird cage patio with chaise lounges overlooking the 5th hole green and rolling hills to watch the sunset beyond.

This is the place where you can have your morning coffee or tea watching golfers approach the 5th green. Make some new friends and walk the neighborhood as the sun rises. There is plenty to do during the day from shopping to pools and clubs, golf to fishing. A short golf cart ride to Sumter Landing for evening dinner and sunset. Or make dinner at home and watch the sunset from your private patio.

Village ID Card: Not required for renters to occupy home. However, if you would like to enjoy any Villages amenities (golf, pools, etc) you need a Villages ID card. Owner will process amenities privileges with The Villages and you will be able to obtain your own ID card upon arrival for your stay. A temporary resident Villages ID card ($50 cost for renter includes 2 ID cards) allows you to enjoy all the benefits of home ownership, to include free golf at the 42 executive courses (minimal fee per person if using a golf cart), golfing at the 12 championship courses requires additional fees, swim at any recreation center pool, play tennis, pickleball, or sign up and participate over 2000 organized clubs and activities, or just go to the town square for the free nightly entertainment!

GAS Golf Cart is included in the rental. However, if it needs repairs for any reason, a replacement will not be provided. Renter responsible for damage to cart when in their use. Owner assumes responsibility for wear and tear on cart. Gas tank to be filled by renter upon departure.

There is $150 cleaning fee.
-The cleaning company will arrive the first of the month for more than one month rentals, and clean both bathrooms and wash the kitchen floor. Any other housekeeping required while renters occupy can be arranged by the renters with the contracted company. No other cleaning company is allowed into the villa for services.

January must be rented prior to renting February and March.
