The Space:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings from our Australian guests until there is an open border.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize between reservations by committing to enhanced cleaning protocols.

A lot of love has been added to this Penthouse with a recent re-paint and a brand new hot tub. Tv's in all bedrooms and a large TV in the main living area.
The second bedroom has two single trundle beds under the King bed, perfect for kids..

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll down the road you'll find the locals favourite restaurant "V'know".

Just a 3-5 minute drive to town you are perfectly situated to take advantage of what Queenstown has to offer.
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts and golf courses.

More information:
Being located just 2 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown, the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.

Getting Around:
Drive time to town is approximately 3 - 5 mins. There are also many walking tracks close by. Either down on the lake edge or for the more adventurous head up to the Ben Lomond summit!

Other Things to Note:
We look after 45 villas in Queenstown.
If there is a travel restriction due to Covid and you cannot return home we will do everything we can to make sure you have a cost effective villa to stay in until the borders open and you can return home :)

During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot, pram, high chair & toys to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy for Booking.com and VBRO bookings. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.
