This beautifully furnished property offers a two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the second with a full and twin. The open floor plan boasts lots of space to relax in front of the fireplace or watching the big screen TV/DVD. In the well-appointed kitchen area, guests will find stainless appliances, bar seating for 2, opening into the dining area with seating for 4. This vacation rental offers a laundry room, free Wi-Fi and free calls.
Outside, guests will find a fenced backyard and spacious deck with BBQ grill, table seating, and a six-person hot tub. The home offers parking for 2 vehicles. Please note: New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, require guests be quiet after 10 pm and have no more cars than can fit in the driveway.
This cozy Bijou Pines home is centrally located within walking distance to the lake, close to Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos.
Pet Policy: Please note: Non-Refundable dog fees apply - maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $400 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog. Dog owner attests their dog has no history of aggression or biting. This property is dog friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions.
