With over $30k spent on BRAND NEW modern decor throughout the home and backyard, you can be sure your group will have the newest and finest in interior design, both inside and out.

The Space:

The secure and dog-friendly rear yard is your own private spa-like resort with a villa-like pool & spa, ample, brand new pool loungers, communal fire-pit, covered dining area, lush tropical landscaping, corn hole game set, and high-end BBQ.



This is your retreat to relax, sit back, and completely unwind. At night, you can gather around the fire-pit, cook s'mores, fire up the BBQ, take a dip in the hot tub, enjoy an adult beverage, or just sit back, relax and take in the serenity of the space.



The interior of the home is geared for both relaxing & entertaining guests and is centered by a great room & fireplace. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook a feast for your family / friends. All mattresses are new and of the highest quality and bedding is of the highest thread-count.



No expense has been spared. Every detail has been attended to. The only thing missing is for you to come relax and experience it for yourself!

Enjoy the convenient location of this beautiful property, just minutes outside downtown Palm Springs. A short drive opens up a world of award-winning golf courses, unique Californian boutique shopping and restaurants where Michelin-star chefs serve everything from nigiri to grass fed tenderloin. There’s also nearby Joshua Tree National Park: a majestic natural landscape with premier camping, hikes and climbing. Out of respect for our neighbors kindly note that our home is not suited for parties.

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be available for purchase prior to arrival. Arrivals before 4:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.M

Please treat the home like you would treat your own home.

Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.



Pets may be considered for an additional fee, please inquire for pricing. Unannounced Pet Fee Penalty: $350 per pet.

If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can heat the pool for the entire stay for an additional charge of $75/day. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

Smoke Detector / Carbon Monoxide Tampering Penalty: $200

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s outdoor quiet hours 10pm - 9am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have an peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, by measuring decibel levels over sustained periods of time and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. If we receive a notification that the noise level at the home has reached a level that may be considered disruptive to neighbors, we will simply send you a text message to remind you to keep noise levels at a respectful level.

As short term rentals have grown within the Coachella Valley, this is one of the biggest concerns of long term residents, and so we do this to ensure that you do not receive any fines from the City during your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant, which means audio content is never recorded, nor do the devices have the capability of doing so. If you have any questions please ask. We are committed to making your stay an unforgettable experience, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use. If it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed and laid on the ground so that they do not blow over or catch flight. If guests leave the area, they must put the umbrella back down since they are no longer in close proximity to ensure they are not damaged by wind. If an umbrella is damaged during a guest's stay, they will be charged $100.00.

The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the unit. If the Air Conditioner is set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or the need for a service technician to come out, the cost of the service call and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.



Guests under 25 years old are not allowed unless children are accompanied by parents or family.

We encourage you to enjoy our space, however please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

Security Deposit: If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500.
