Located a fifteen minute drive from Ocho Rios, the villa overlooks a private palm fringed, white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, the property consists of a main villa with 10 suites and a garden cottage with an additional 2 suites and its own kitchen and living area. Each building has a large veranda and its own swimming pool.

Main features of the villa include private beach, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, gymnasium, 1/2 basketball court, volleyball, putting green, and shuffleboard.
