Home is located on West Cooper drive which dead ends at St. Andrews Bay. There are trailers homes along the paved road leading to the cottage. (which I also own) The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Many residents have lived there for decades. The area was hit by a Cat 5 Hurricane so some homes are under repair or waiting on repair Home is updated/renovated and well stocked.
