The Villa is located in a peaceful village, very close to the calanques and cassis (3 km from the entrance and 7 km from the center and the beaches). The close (and free) motorway access allows quick and easy access to the various points of interest in the region.

Right next to the communal forest of Pines de Roquefort la Bédoule & de Cassis (10 meters away), the Villa is located in a very quiet area, at the end of a dead end without traffic, very close to the village center (5 min walk from shops). You will love the tranquility, the sunny exposure, the hill and the surrounding greenery, the swimming pool, air conditioning, quick access to all amenities (Village, Cassis, Motorway, ...). Very easy parking inside (automatic gate) and outside the villa. It has been completely renovated recently.

The Villa is used all year by the owner's family. It is only rented for 4 weeks in summer during holidays and "depersonalized" for holidaymakers. They benefit from all the comforts and equipment of a villa inhabited all year round by a family.

Covering an area of 130 m² on a plot of 800 m², the villa is classified 4 stars for furnished tourist rentals.

It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living / dining room. It is very well equipped: Air conditioning, Wifi (indoor and outdoor via repeater, very high speed fiber), Recent appliances, Many and varied crockery, 4 connected TVs (Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime), Weber gas BBQ, Enclosure Bose, pool / beach equipment available, ...

Realization of a videoconference on +33/6/12/97/76/86 (via Whatsapp / Skype / Teams) before the reservation very appreciated, in order to make a live video visit of the villa and to create a personalized contact.

- 2 bathrooms (shower on the ground floor and bathtub upstairs) and 2 toilets (independent, 1 on each floor)

- Air-conditioned living / dining room (approx. 40 m2) with TV, BOSE wireless speaker, access to terrace / swimming pool / lawn

- Recent and fully equipped independent kitchen + laundry room (with washing machine and dryer)

- Maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden included in the rental (passage once or twice a week by the gardener).

- Compulsory cleaning charge: 150 € to be paid on arrival (includes 2 hours at mid-stay and end-of-rental cleaning).
