Privately gated just above the Sunset Strip, with panoramic views that stretch from twinkling city lights to the ocean & Catalina Island.

The Space:
This remodeled modern masterpiece boasts designer finishes throughout, an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, and plentiful deck space for entertaining. The expansive master suite features glass doors leading out to the wrap-around balcony, vaulted ceilings, dual walk-in closets, remote controlled shades, and a Bisazza tiled bath. The bathroom contains double sided showers with Hansgrohe fixtures and Kohler WaterTile body sprays, a freestanding soaking tub, custom cabinetry, makeup vanity, and water closet. The gourmet chef's kitchen includes Wolf stainless steel appliances and an impressive center island. There is a large guesthouse with city views & separate entrance.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garages. The pool can be heated for $100 a day, please let us know in sufficient time prior to your arrival if you would like to elect for pool heating so we can have the pool warm for you when you check-in to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Hollywood Hills just east of Laurel Canyon Blvd Villa Marmont is the perfect gateway for any traveler looking for the Hollywood experience. Walking distance to the Famous Chateau Marmont Hotel, Infamous Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and a short distance to Sunset Plaza shopping area and restaurant strip.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a vehicle, however you can easily get around with Uber and public transit. The home is a short distance to the Sunset Strips iconic bars and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Also, please read the full list of rules below so that there are no surprises upon arrival or throughout your stay. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.

1) No parties and no visitors.
We do not allow parties or visitors because these things often lead to a multitude of liability issues that threaten our permit to rent - issues with the homeowner, with the neighborhood, with the fire department, and with the laws surrounding property management (e.g., property capacity). If this rule is broken, then you will be asked to leave without a refund since you have chosen to put our permit at risk. So, to ensure that there are no infractions of this rule, we will ask for (1) a guest list and (2) the IDs of every adult within each reservation. Obtaining these two things also helps us protect you by ensuring that the right person and the right amount of people arrive at the property.

2) No pets
We, out of principle, do not allow any pets.

3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to both vapors and smoke. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located at 9437 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 204 Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or unretrieved mail or packages.

5) Do not have glassware near the pool or spa areas.
We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) it helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) it prevents you from having to pay for any damages, and (3) it helps prevent injury. So, please use our plasticware to acquire the three benefits and let us know if the kitchen does not have the plasticware. Lastly, please do not throw away the plasticware because they are not disposable. Please just wash them by hand and store them away.

6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful presence within the neighborhood.

Parking:
There is a garage that is able to accommodate two normal-sized cars. If you have a larger vehicle, then you can park it directly in front of the garage or in front of the gate.

Pool:
If you want the pool to be heated, then it will cost $100 per day of your reservation. So, for example, if your reservation is 4 days and you want pool heating, then we will send you a $400 fee request. The pool heating fee is all or nothing. The spa is free.

Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.

Early/Late Check-In and Late Check-out Fees:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Our early check-in and late check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm and after 6:00pm, respectively. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches.

Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it.

If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, then you will need to let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this DOES NOT GUARANTEE our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether the previous guest broke something at the property, whether the property needs its scheduled maintenance, whether our maids and/or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections, whether the check-in is done outside of working hours, or whether there are any unprecedented issues. These are just a few examples of issues that determine whether or not we are able to approve an early/late check-in or check-out. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we will see if we can accommodate.

Cleanliness:
During COVID-19, we have done our absolute best to maintain a sanitary sanctuary for our guests. We always use very hot water and professional-grade disinfectant cleaners when wiping down all surfaces within our properties. We always wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance. We always make sure that all door handles and high touchpoint areas are given extra attention. And we require our cleaning staff to always wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside the property. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel that our service has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it whomever you deem fit. And if you would like to leave a review, then you can leave a review of the property and/or any one of the hosts/hostesses on Google, Yelp, or Airbnb.
