The original beadboard ceiling and walls, rustic beams, and hardwood floors capture days gone by. The tall windows allow for sundrenched living, however, blackout blinds in the bedroom assure total privacy and darkness for a good night's sleep.

After a busy day of sightseeing or biking, relax on the comfy loveseat in front of the crackling fire with a glass of your favorite beverage, or enjoy your drink on the private stone patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping as you listen to the sounds of the soothing fountain. Witness the breathtaking view of the expansive lawn, mature trees, and stone fences - all framed by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Perhaps you will be inspired to paint a canvas just as Lucien Powell did in this very spot many years ago.
