Welcome to your Casa de Playa (Beach House)! We are excited to make our beach house available for you to enjoy the magic of Las Gaviotas.

Do you Surf? Check out the waves while enjoying coffee on your private patio with one of the best views in Las Gaviotas, then grab your board and be surfing within seconds! Our house is conveniently located just steps to the beach, only behind the first row of homes and directly across from the walkway to the beach. It’s one of the closest houses to the beach and very private since we enjoy a green area right in front and no roofs directly in front of the house. We enjoy one of the best unobstructed views in the community. While most properties in Las Gaviotas will have ocean view, very few houses have the open 180 degree view we enjoy.

Two Master suites with queen bed (one downstairs and one upstairs), third bedroom upstairs with two twin beds connected to the third full bathroom and a fourth bedroom downstairs connected to bathroom of master suite perfect for a family of four in each level (Max. 6 people over 3 years old, no exceptions so please don't insist, guards won't allow you in) Plenty of space for everyone with larger than average sized rooms and an open layout in the living area will make you feel very welcomed. There’s also a rooftop terrace in addition to the main level patio and lower level patio. The house has a Brand new Kitchen with granite counter top, a huge french door Samsung refrigerator a 6 burner stove, new GE Profile dishwasher and everything you can need to make it your home. The patio has a Weber gas BBQ grill.

If you haven’t been to Las Gaviotas yet, you’ll fall in love with the charm of its cobblestone streets, the private oceanfront boardwalk, oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, tennis, etc. You’ll also feel very safe from the moment you arrive, knowing that the community has a team of 15 security guards patrolling the complex 24/7.

Casa de Playa has all amenities you can expect from a comfortable beach home including themed furniture, crisp linens, full array of kitchenware, BBQ grill, TV with cable, Bluray/DVD player, outdoor “chimenea”, WiFi, Etc. There's also beach chairs, boogie boards and a soft top surfboard for your use.
