Description
Adorable cottage on Silver Lake. The property includes 180' of sandy beach front shared by eight cottages. This cottage is closest to the water, gazebo and brick patio. Enjoy beautiful sunset views!
Cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other has two twin sized beds. It has one bathroom, a full kitchen, A/C, TV, wifi, DVD player, books and board games. Outside has a gas grill, water slide, two docks, shared gazebo, fire pit, brick patio and play structure.
Bring your own boats or rent one nearby. Two kayaks are available for use with the cottage as well as life vests in various sizes. Renters are responsible for making sure kayaks are secure after use. There is also a shared paddle boat. After use please make sure it is pulled up onshore.
There is a beautiful soft sand beach steps from the cottage. There are small tubs outside each entrance to fill with water and dip feet into before entering cottage. This prevents tracking in sand to keep floors sand free for your enjoyment.
Please no pets, no smoking. There are no laundry facilities on-site but public laundromats are nearby. Bring your own bath and beach towels. Kitchen towels and bed linens are provided.
Weekly rental mid May through mid September and three day rentals the remainder of the year.
