This beautiful, bright and spacious family lake house property offers a wonderful getaway in an ideal location - waterfront with a small island and walking distance to downtown Huntsville. Our home has a lot of space; is great for a work from home alternative, family-friendly and staycation which includes fast wifi, a comfortable workspace, and is suitable for children. Something for everyone. Fairy Lake House provides many sitting areas, hot tub, outdoor space, sandy beach and also a completely renovated basement with pool table, ping pong and smart tv(s).

Fairy Lake House has been in our family for over 30 years and we are so happy to share this with you. Countless bonfires, family bbqs, pig roasts, family reunions, s’mores at the fire pit, laying by the beach, and catching tadpoles have happened here. Fairy Lake House is ideal for family reunions, friend getaways, family or multi generational family vacation.
DECK - Fairy Lake House is a 5500 sq ft home with a large deck looking towards the beach. On the deck we have outdoor dining with a bbq (2 propane tanks). On the new lower deck is a hot tub that gives you a perfect, clear view of the lake.

PRIVATE WATERFRONT - Along our sandy beach we have Muskoka chairs and soak up some rays or take a nap. There is also space on the dock if you wanted to bring up a boat. Of course the dock is perfect to jump into the lake or to go fishing. From the dock you paddle in one of our kayaks, canoe or paddle board. At night time you can roast marshmallows or have s’mores by the fire pit. Most unique with our home is that we have a very small private island just right off the waterfront.

OUTDOOR SPACE - On our very large property we have a large grass lawn where you can play volleyball, badminton, soccer.

BASEMENT - The basement family room has a sectional, 65" smart tv, pool table, ping pong and full bathroom and laundry. Direct access to the beach path.

KITCHEN & FAMILY ROOM - Equipped with A/C and has standard kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, pot/pans, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (ice maker), stove etc. and a breakfast table that faces the lake. Beside the kitchen is a family room with leather couches and a 55" smart tv with access to the deck.

DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM - Other side of the kitchen is the dining room with a custom made 20-person harvest table with a view of the lake and access to the deck. Connected to that is the living room with sectional.

Six large bedrooms. White linens, white towels and beach/hottub towels INCLUDED.
Bed 1: Two double beds + ensuite.
Bed 2: One king bed + ensuite
Bed 3: One double and one twin.
Bed 4: Two doubles.
Bed 5: One queen & bunk bed.
Bed 6: One queen & bunk bed.
Full Bath: Large with double sink & shower.
Main floor: Twin bed bedroom with desk and powder room.
