The Dundee Hills Villa is one of the finest properties in the entire Willamette Valley wine country region. The layout is bright and open with countless floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking views while bathing the space in natural light. Three different decks with magnificent sliding doors connect the inside of the home to the outside decks creating a space that is the perfect blend of comfort and style while enjoying gorgeous vineyard, region, and cascade mountain views.

Upon entering you are greeted with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a fully equipped home with gorgeous finishes and quality furniture. In staying here, you will see the richness and use of natural hemlock, oak, and custom craftsmanship throughout. Besides the main full living, kitchen, and dining areas, there is a second living area and kitchenette which makes it perfect for groups and families of all ages. One fantastic feature is that the home can be divided into two different living areas. There are two sets of double doors with an air gap to separate the two living areas (also double walled) providing excellent sound dampening. This allows both privacy between families sharing the home or an easy way to limit the noise to those on different sleep schedules. With the double doors fully open the design presents a continuous spacious feel.

Each living area has two bedrooms separated by double walls to suppress sound, each with queen beds and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. All of the bedrooms have their own mini-split so you can cool the room to your own desire. The fifth and sixth beds are in the American Leather sofa couches and provide exceptional comfort with their gel mattresses. Radiant floor heating throughout provides exceptional comfort. Each living area contains a full bathroom, with an additional half bath in the larger living area, allowing maximum flexibility within groups. Downstairs you will find the finished garage with a ping pong table, cornhole and some casual seating. For those with an electric vehicle the car port has an EV charger installed for your use.

The location is perfection as well. Multiple wineries are a short walk from the house. In the car you are less than three minutes to downtown Dundee to the east. To the west you are a couple minutes to another dozen amazing wineries and vineyards. You would be hard pressed to find a more wonderfully located vacation home in the entire region.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance on the interior of the house.
