5 min from Bellevue cable car, 10 min from Prarion gondola

On the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Tassimo, kettle, washing machine,
Separate WC,
Bright living room opening onto a private terrace with garden table, barbecue.
You will find there side living room a sofa 3 places, coffee table, TV, Internet.
The dining area is composed of 1 table for 6 people, with chairs.

Upstairs, you will have:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160 * 200), storage space,
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 * 200) and 1 pull-out bed 2 beds (90 * 190), storage space,
- 1 bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, WC.
For your comfort, each bed has sheets, a duvet and a pillow.
All our mattresses and pillows are protected by waterproof mattress covers.
We provide bath towels.

We offer you:
The provision of a cot, a high chair, a baby carrier, a security barrier at the top of the stairs (please inform me before your arrival so that I can prepare for the your stay better).

The accommodation is adjoining our main house. You have access to the entire semi-chalet, as well as to a private terrace.
Only the parking lot is shared with the owners. A parking space is available to you (parking space not covered).

Before your arrival, we can exchange for any questions via the site or by SMS.

When you arrive, as much as possible, I try to be present and give you the information essential to the smooth running of your stay. Otherwise, indications will be sent to you via the site.
