Featuring a panoramic view swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace, this is a 2-bedroom villa in Cesseras. The villa is ideal for a small family or a group of 4 persons. Cesseras is a small village with different campsites and a bar. The villa stands in its own grounds from which you can directly go walking, hiking, cycling or mountain-biking in the region. In Olonzac, 5 km away, you have the town center and great shopping opportunities. The old town of Minerve is at 9 km and calls for a beautiful day-trip. The living room has a cozy wood stove that spreads comfortable warmth. Outdoors, you have a furnished roofed terrace to enjoy meals prepared at home. There is another decked open terrace to enjoy the sunny hours and fresh air. The swimming pool is always close when you wish to cool down. Little guests feel good with the special children's bed. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
